How do I plan a journey with LOV Angels?

Explore the collections, save what you love and share your dates, group and interests through the journey planner. Your enquiry starts a conversation with the LOV Angels team.

Can I combine stays, dining, experiences and yachts?

Yes. Share the pieces you are interested in and we can help shape a connected journey. Each arrangement, inclusion and price is confirmed in your individual proposal.

Does an enquiry confirm a booking?

No. An enquiry helps us understand your plans. Availability, pricing, payment and cancellation terms are confirmed separately before an arrangement is booked.

Can I plan outside Bali?

The website brings together Bali and the Indonesian island and yacht destinations in our current collections. Tell us about another destination and we will discuss the possibilities for your specific journey.

How does My LOV work?

Save experiences, yachts and restaurants into a collection on this browser. You can share that collection with your concierge when planning. My travel on LOV Platform keeps account-saved plans and preferences separate from this browser collection.

Is membership required to make an enquiry?

You can enquire about a journey or individual arrangement without using a private member account. Membership enquiries are discussed separately with the team.

Is the planner free, and does registration include membership?

The Bali planner and dining guide offer free discovery. Create an account to save your plans and share an itinerary with the team when you want help with arrangements. Concierge membership and paid dining benefits are arranged separately. Sharing a plan starts a conversation; bookings are confirmed separately.

How do I become a LOV Angels member?

Enquire about the support you need. The team discusses the membership scope, fees, service availability and terms personally before you decide. LOV Platform is your personal space for plans and preferences; account creation alone does not activate paid benefits.

Are restaurant hours and yacht availability live?

The website is a discovery collection. Restaurant details, vessel schedules and current availability are confirmed when the team arranges your enquiry.
