    After sign-up, your private onboarding includes a one-to-one call with your concierge. We build your personalised itinerary around that conversation, then refine the plans and agree the details together. Your mobile-friendly PDF is prepared over 5–7 business days. We confirm your included access dates and agree scope, timing and fee terms before payment.

Provider costs are separate. We handle your bookings and reservations, with confirmed arrangements added to your personalised itinerary. Stays, flights, transfers, charters, dining, tickets and other provider costs are quoted separately. Bookings are confirmed subject to availability, your approval and any required provider payments.

Can I combine destinations?

Yes. Bali, Raja Ampat, Komodo, Java and Lombok use the same US$180 offer, not an additional purchase per destination. Tell us the places you have in mind; we agree a workable route and scope before you commit. Other destinations are considered individually.

Where do I organise my itinerary and request services?

Use My Itinerary for your travel days, Discover for experiences, Services for personal appointments and the Dining guide for restaurants. Your account lives on LOV Platform; you can enquire here without one.

What happens after my included two weeks?

The offer does not automatically convert into a subscription. Continuing is your choice; see the LOV Platform membership options.

Can I enquire before my plans are final?

Yes. Share approximate dates, who is travelling and a budget range, or ask for guidance. We discuss a suitable route and scope before you decide. Sending your brief does not confirm a booking or take payment.
